IBTIKAR ALHELOL (CREATING SOLUTIONS ) was established in 2012 at first as an engineering office then as a company at 2022 for general trading and communication services , manufacturing and preparing fiber optical cables in iraq .the company has a big influence on a national level it provides services for all parts of iraq also the far away places positoned on the borderlines .
ibtekar alhelol as a company depends on the elements of speed, intelligence and reliability .and this is our company philosophy day by day we are committed with continuous renewal in order to offer an exceptional service for our dear clients.
the company strongly invests in manpower , infrastructure services ,telecommunications, electricity and fiber optical cable services .
one of the company goals is to positively participate in the reconstructing of Iraq by plying a big role depending on manpower including a big list of high quality engineers and technicians , one of the company policies is helping the people of Iraq to improve and development their working standards into an internationally approved business
Shipping equipment
used for moving materials from one location to another one (between worksites , between shipping area and storage area….. )
Detecting location equipment
is equipment used to hold materials in one individual location in which the material stays in the right position to handle : using machinery , transportation , storage . on the contrary of the shipping equipment ,the detecting location equipment is used in one worksite .
Control and defining tools
is tools used to collect information and sending it , which is used to coordinate the flow of materials in building and between building , suppliers and consumers. The materials can be identified manually with no need for tools.

these are equipment that has been built for shipping and supplying purposes by using new and different sizes fork lifters with remote cranes used by hand and trucks for heavy and light goods ,vehicles for transportation and more equipment to deal with used products in moving and preserving in the site

Ibtikar Alhelol is a major company in the local market that provides work opportunities in all over our country , which is now provided in permanent and temporary in all offices in Baghdad, Mosul and Basra .
– the total number of contracted employees is 125 person working in the same
time. in which our company gives a great deal of value and respect for the
workers and the new Iraqian society , eventually practice is a fundamental side
for the company and it includes our national office for training ,the company is focused on continuously developing its prospects to keep providing the best
– services to our clients . in consideration working alongside the most
professional coaches and technology experts who also worked under the
supervision the national office for training which belongs to our company , this is the basis of our progressed training program .
provisioning and storage
the provisioning department was opened in 2022 as one of the most important departments not just for supplies but also for the shipping and logistical departments the records of our company shows providing more than 33000 materials with 1.56 million from the total equipment that is provided in the last years
The commercial machinery spare parts with the military parts achieved 40 % of the materials the rest was equipment , cabinets (opened VIP) , containers , shelves , forklifts, mechanical equipment , high and low pressure cabinets , fiber optic cables and optical communication equipment .

معدات النقل
معدات تستخدم لتحريك المواد من موقع لآخر (مثال، بين مواقع العمل، بين منطقة تحميل ومنطقة تخزين…إلخ).
معدات تحديد الموقع
وهي معدات تسخدم لإمساك المواد في موقع منفرد بحيث تكون المادة في المكان الصحيح من أجل التعامل التالي، استخدام المكائن، النقل، التخزين. وعلى عكس معدات النقل، فإن معدات تحديد الموقع تستخدم عادة من أجل استخدام التعامل موقع عمل واحد. المواد يمكن أيضاً تحديد موقعها يدوياً بدون أدوات.
أداة صياغة تحميل الوحدة
وهي أداة تستخدم من أجل تحديد المواد بحيث أن تحافظ على تكامليتها عند استخدام حمل منفرد أثناء النقل ومن أجل التخزين. إذا كانت المواد ذاتية التقييد (مثال، قطعة منفردة أو قطع مقفلة مع بعضها)، بالتالي فإنها يمكن صياغتها كحمل موحد وبدون معدات
Goals:
To turn speech into actions and to make a continuous development Ibtikar Alhelol decided to seek for making these goals into reality : – respect the ground rules applied for health , safety ,environment. –guaranteeing and supporting projects that seeks elimination of work endangerment at worksites . – regular evaluation for risks in the working environment and force all safety measurement , precautions and protection for the workers.
-encouraging all the workers including contractors to report for any dangerous behaviors, conditions or upcoming danger.
-guaranteeing the company’s commitment to minimize the effects of the working activities (by containing and supervision of the usage of power and reserving it , supervising any dangerous waste, improving the usage of recycling .
